The store owner at Victory is quite rude and unhelpful. He also tried to scam us out of more money saying we drove almost double the amount of miles even though we easily proved we didn't even drive as much as we thought but were still paying the original amount. Which I do believe was still an overcharge on his end. He just was not pleasant to deal with. But the people from U-Haul I spoke to on the phone, Ryan and someone else from reservations, were the sweetest and most helpful people! 10/10 U-Haul. The truck and equipment was amazing as this was our first time using you guys!
