reservation for 8:30am, no one to process check out. store clerk was difficult to communicate with GPS coordinates did not register as location which made online check out difficult called U-Haul, very friendly customer service to help remedy the issues

KEITH STruck was clean, I liked that. But the driver side door would not open from the outside. And it rained a lot, so you could not leave the window down to open the door. So you would always have to go to the passenger side and go thru to open the door.
