I requested one location but was pushed to pick up my rental 15+ miles further from my needed site. Truck was dirty inside including some sticky substance on the radio controls. They knew I was going to drive approximately 200 miles and gave me the truck on 1/4 of a tank. Very poor service overall.

Please stop changing the pick up location hours prior to the reservation. This is a burden to your customers. The desk agent was nice.

If your employee is showing the custom the equipment after he or she rent it you need always an employee there at the desk to wait on the next customer it was only one person left there after I went see the truck with your employee other then that it was great service

Hours were the only reason I picked this location, I wish more suburban locations had these hours, I would only recommend on the basis of hours... otherwise, the place is average... ALTHO, the people there were extremely friendly and helpful...

Maybe, make the penalty a bit higher for trucks that are returned late. Especially if customers are waiting to re-rent incoming vehicles.

The customer service I experienced was excellent and prompt. I rent from this location often. Crystal was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone! She deserves a raise. She was the best and treated me better than any other uhaul location. I will definitely be returning soon!!! Thank you.

There were stains on the floor where someone wasted something and in the cupholder. The truck felt like it was about to fall apart while driving.

The vehicle was clean however it shut off twice while i was driving. I am not sure about recommending this location or any other location to anyone. The original truck that I requested was not available then the manager called to inform me that I would be switch to a smaller vehicle and receive compensation; however the vehicle he promised was not available and I was given a smaller truck with compensation. When I called to the Northern Parkway office on Monday regarding my refund and issue they transferred me to customer service who then transferred me back to Northern Pkwy and then I spoke with a not so customer friendly young lady who was quick to give advice without hearing the problem. Unacceptable I've left several messages for the manager, Ryan and he has not called me back. Poor customer service means loss of customers and referrals.
