I didn't like having to drive the extra 30 mins to pickup the trailer from the McKnight Rd store. I would have preferred to pick it up at the store where i made the reservation. Also, whomever was supposed to call and tell us the reservation had been "moved" marked in the computer that he "spoke to customer" but he certainly did not and left a message on our seldom used home phone. So i ended up going to the wrong spot to pick up the trailer and wasting a bunch of time.

Customer service agent Seymour was great. You could not ask for a better representative for your company. But Chad your general manager should have a good talk to, I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH U-HAUL AGAIN BECAUSE OF HIS ACTIONS!! If you are charging me $29.99/day do not tell me I have to have truck back in seven hours because you have another customer waiting for truck. Is the $29.99/day rate for 24 hours or 7 hours? I DO NOT CARE IF YOU DOUBLE BOOKED THE TRUCK! A day is 24 hours not 7 hours. And if Chad wants to bicker in front of other customers, bring it on. While I was being waited on Chad called another customer and berated her for not having her truck back at 7.

Chad was a great help!
The facility was hard to exit. The traffic on McKnight Road was very heavy and somewhat unsafe when exiting.. It would be great if a long approach to the highway was possible at the exit area.
The trailer handled very well from your shop to Le Sueur, MN.

The manager "Chad" was totally incompetent , He was aggressive and rude and threw me out of the store when I asked him to fix his mistake. He could not follow the most simple instructions and screwed up my deposit . His appearance was off putting due to his rotting teeth..If a man so young can not take care of himself how can he take care of me and my order? After this incident I can not justify any future business with Uhaul which will include my family,friends and business associates. I am hoping that in the future Uhaul can use more responsible hiring practices so that my unfortunate experience does not befall the next man.

Make the pick up/drop off location closer to my house; I felt like I was scammed -"baited" with a $19.95 rate, ended up paying $52 (plus gas) because location was 23 miles away (round trip), when there is a Uhaul location less than a mile from my house. Actual mileage should have been <3 miles. Poor focus on customer needs. Disappointing.

Nothing at the rental location but the answering service could be upgraded. I left my phone in the truck I rented, call the number obn the agreement they took the info and said they'll sent a message to the store. It never happened. I went to the store and got my phone before the truck was rented again.

This is not the first time we rented from there. We used the huge box truck to move in October.
Highly recommend this location. The staff was very nice and courteous.
I would recommend them any day !

Really, from the online reservation system ease of use, to the clerk at the counter, from the guy who handed me the truck keys, it was all a seamless and positive experience. Great employees at this location!

I stopped in over a week earlier to make my reservation for the truck and the car tow indicating that I needed Uhaul to load my car on for me. I was informaed all I had to do was drive my car onto the bed, and they would strap it down. When arriving with my loaded Uhaul truck, they connected the hitch, but were unaware I needed them to load my car there expecting I was doing it myself elsewhere. I was told they normally charge $20 extra, but they did assist me regardless. I felt more secure having trained people secure my car rather than myself doing it, however one of the straps did come off during the transport which I resecured at a rest stop.

The guys there were SUPER friendly, asked how our move went, what they could do next time to make it easier, and over all the best customer service I have had in a look time. Both Chad's and Tim were very helpful and went the extra mile. Thank you for everything and we will be back the next time we have to move.

I know that you make money by putting the bag of furniture blankets in the truck, but they take up important space that can be used for packing. I almost cut my off of the rail to gain the added space that I needed. Why don't you put them between the seats? When I was asked if I needed them, I said no. So why were they in their?
Also, your gas calculations are off and when I put in the recommended amount of fuel, it filled the truck well past the 3/4 tank that it was to be returned with.
It became the difference between average and excellent.

check-in help was slow, minded. they were weak with computers, they both communicated poorly. one worker erred in email confirmation. the other worker erred in 1st bill attempt to me. my son caught another error ringing up accessories. a line formed due to sluggish efforts. fellow customers' conversations were in line with my thoughts. i find it hard to blame staffers. i believe u should take close look at management & processes & equipment. truck was beat in cab & in box section. floor & sides were worn excessively. it was dirty outside. unlike past truck rentals from Budget & independents and other u-haul locations. our truck needs will increase steadily. my wife and son say no more u-hauls. This is unfortunate, the location is closest to our new December home.

I had a seamless transaction and the staff is intensely friendly. Bravo on customer service. However, I do have one policy concern. When we found out we needed to extend our usage window, we were charged 59.00 for an overnight extension and told we had to return the truck. Considering you have all of my information and know I'm not a flight risk, why on earth would I not be able to extend my usage a few days longer and pay the rate? It cannot be an inventory issue, as I counted 6 or 7 10' trucks on the lot and more in other sizes in inventory. What is to stop me to place another reservation for the same truck for another two days? That would have been approved, but it was not offered by the staff. I feel like 59.00 extension fee is over twice as much as 2 full days of a regular reservation, which is what I wanted, is a rip off. That displeased me.

Everything was handled well and we felt very well taken care of. Our truck was not there on time and the staff made arrangements for another truck for us. Our reserved truck showed up while we were waiting, so they cleaned it up and got it ready for us very quickly. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

Final price was a surprise; quote was for $54.00 and when I returned the vehicle,bill was for $76.00. A lot of hidden and unexplained costs. When recommending this location to friends, a warning about hidden fees will also be mentioned

Clean the cigarette ashes from the ash tray before rental. I don't smoke, & find the odor offensive. A little air freshner would not hurt.

the truck was clean and ready on time, but as someone who rents cars all the time... it is bizzare to me that I am given a truck that does NOT have a full tank of gas. Then I am told to refuel only to the point at which I received the truck (3/4 tank). That is really poor customer service in my opinion.
