There was a HUGE problem in that I made the reservation on line to have a cargo van for two days. When I arrived, they had the van booked for my 2nd day. It caused me a lot of inconvenience, and I will NEVER use U-Haul again. The reservationist apparently doesn't communicate with the site that I booked it for. This happened once before, and I let it go.....I won't make that mistake again...I will be using Enterprise or someone else, and I will be warning people about the problem I experienced!!!

Handle to pickup portion was broken, would not open. Had to lift everything over the sides of the pickup truck.

This was the second place I went, they were really helpful but The first place was terrible. If you can choose, definitely pick it up here and not at the sunoco in Pawtuket.

Teach the young man behind the counter that he is part of a service organization. That he should have manners and treat people with respect. Worst thing about renting this truck was this person. Tarnishes U-Hauls reputation.

The truck had only 1/4 tank fuel. This makes it very difficult to refill to the same level, and it forced me to stop for gas before I even started the move. I won't accept that in the future. It was a big inconvenience.

Better customer service needed. Spoke of a problem to the employee and didn't seem like much of the person to care or try to correct anything for us. they were very rude and the truck i was rented was un safe the side mirror was falling off could not move the seat back and forth over all broad st i will not recomend to a stranger they didnt show me the faults about the truck i had to find out all by myself,

I made a reservation for a pickup truck but it wasn't available when I arrived because the last customer had not returned it yet. In the future if this happens a call would be appriciated so I may go to a different U-Haul location to get the truck I needed. It worked out in the end because I was able to use a van for the same price, however the van was much more difficult to load my equipment into.
