Service was fine. One thing I feel should be offered is a full tank of gas when leaving your premises, that way when I top it up upon return I'm putting what I used. In my case I got the truck with just under a quarter tank, when I returned it, I have to guess how much I used. I returned it with just over a quarter tank. More money out of my pocket.

Superb service. In fact another location arranged this as they had no one way trucks that day. They did the phoning to arrange the one way, and called me back within a half hour. They allowed for the extra mileage to my preferred starting location.

Was disappointed that the Arizona call center told me I could pick up the truck at 7:00 am. If not for a call from the St. Catharines location I would not have been aware that the truck would not be available until 11:30 pm. Mgr at location was very friendly and helpful in interactions

Your customer service on phone and at desk was fabulous. Very curtious. Thanks for the extension of a couple of hours without cost. It was greatly appreciated when only half the people show that promised to do so and with fewer people it takes a little longer.

The person on the phone was not clear about the time I had with the rental. Once I arrived to pick up the truck i learned I only had a couple hours of time left. Luckily I got what I needed done but this could have been a very disappointing experience.
