These guys can be busy -- and I assume it's worse on the weekend. Go in early; be first in line if possible. Move during the week if possible. Be very, very friendly: the customer service person might give you some extra miles for free if you are renting a truck. Seriously.

The truck he gave me and my daughter to use was filthy inside with oil and mechanic grease inside and on the doors. Very dirty. Ive rented there before and never had that happen. But everything else was fine, the employees were very helpful and courteous but i think the truck is the important part.

we rented a 1 way trailer to SA from Nashville, TN. Agent could not find our rental in the computer and then asked for the rental contract, which I presented. All was fine after that. The unit was pretty old, but performed fine. thank you

Equipment was in excellent condition, towed very well with no adverse movements. Pickup and turn in was very quick and easy. I always use U-Haul when I need to move something.

I didn't check the gas line when I checked the truck. I had half a tank but according to the contract I had 9/16, which was a lie. I was over charged. Also the truck would make an aweful loud buzz noise every time I turned it on

when front desk, calling for assistance to find and hook up trailer...I did all the work...locating, retrieving, hooking up and waiting for someone to come out....and do their job. overall, unsatisfactory.

took a bit long waiting for counter. the service it self was fast, but there is quite a wait time both first check in and the check out. its only a small problem. overall it is great.
