I will never use U-Haul again. We were not given the equipment we had reserved until we threatened to cancel the contract. This location did not have a key drop box (construction in area) (I blame corporate U-Haul) and when we arrived to pick up our vehicle there was no key for it. Terrible experience.

Quick service and excellent truck condition. Parking was an issue and my husband was asked to move three times while waiting to be sure there were no issues with getting a truck before he left. Have rented there many times. Will return but need more areas for parking.

The truck was extremely dirty and smelled like old stale cigarette smoke and BO and was full of dog hair. The truck had 178,000 miles on it and was rough. It did the job well, but I would not trust it on the highway. The drivers side mirror fell off on the way back to drop off the truck. The Uhaul guy said he was sorry but that they used the trucks as long as possible before replacing them and they are all in rough shape. Also the store is being worked on and they are working out of the hitch bay next door. It was not a very well controlled operation. Long lines full of frustrated people. not my best experience with uhaul.

Trailer was old and fairly beat up so I can not say it is clean and well maintained. It did have very good tires and got the job done.

The U-Haul dealer at 2603 Cerrilos Rd Santa Fe, NM were horrible beyond description. As a result I will never use U-Haul again and will advise my friends to do the same. If you care to find out why give me a call at 505-986-1920. Not enough space to explain why.

The parking lot has so many trucks it is terrible to even drive my jeep in. Not to mention returning a 26 foot uhaul...what a mess..... other than that the truck, employees and prices were fantastic!!

The staff were pleasant, however, the entire location was under construction. In addition, we had to use the storage facility but were not given an access code to get past the front gate. We had to go back to the location to get the access code.

No night drop off box. I know that there is re-modelinf going on but there still should be a night droo off. I had to drive my car back out to youe location to drop off the key - wasting my personal gas - and I was rushed because you had a customer that needed this truck and I was asked if I could bring the key in. Well technically I had until 3 pm so I had plenty of time. I had to take time off from my job - this is why I returned it at after hours - and missed an hour of work and wasted my gas. Is someone going to credit me for the time and wasted gas; probably not, but someone there was still insensitive enough to ask about bringing the key now. And all this plus I trued to protect your property by putting the dollie into the cab of the truck since for safe keeping.

The truck I rented was not able to go more then 45 miles an hour with out feeling like it was going to fall apart. I had to return after hours and this location has no drop box so I had return keys the next day. I also had to call 7 times to get a receipt emailed to me. I will not be using this location ever again.

I rated the location poor due to means of entering/exiting the Uhaul Lot. Plus the Lot is very small and hard to maneuver.
I rated the equipment low due to the driver door not working and while driving down the road, it started back firing something crazy and almost stalled a few times.
I would recommend a friend because the customer service was OUTSTANDING!! :D

I am an African-American woman. I became offended when I noticed a runaway slave depicted on the truck I rented.I think that the 'fun fact ' provided was not enough reason to have that image on a truck. I don't see the relation between runaway slaves and uhaul.. besides that my service was fine. I would say overall the experience was negative because of my feelings regarding the picture and how the staff member responded to my complaint at drop off (he laughed)
