at 9:30 am it didn't seem they had sufficient personnel in the store to handle customer flow. The truck was not cleaned out broken pieces, paper, coins and dirt. Someone apparently didn't do their job.

In brief, the service was very good. I rented a 5x8 trailer. After hookup, the electrical functions were checked for malfunction. There was no problem when used. However, one carelessness. The fellow that disconnected the trailer after my use did not clear me for the rent. I might have been charged more had I not phoned the store to explain that I was not cleared.
