Returned trailer via the app. As I was finishing up an employee drove up and said "hey, the return area is over there" and I explained I was returning it via the app. He rolled his eyes and said "whatever" and drove off. (Young kid, curly hair with orange beanie) - just feel he should have acted more professional.

Paying 80% of a months rent of a storage unit while moving out less than a week in to the cycle and the very poor attitude of the young man helping my wife has me rather pissed off with this location. I’ve taken my business elsewhere and won’t be returning for anything.

The biggest issue I had was reserving online. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, the process asked for an additional person of contact. There should be an asterisk stating “we will be contacting this person during this process, please, make sure they are available to answer a text or phone call.” I waited almost 15 minutes on a chat with a rep not knowing why I was waiting. During this time, I was standing in the rain trying to get into the truck. For something that should of been very simple, it became very difficult.

When I arrived there were a number of trucks in the driveway area. I barely had room to get my truck off the street, and the person giving me a ride home had no place to park. The person (Cosmo) who handled my return was great - my only complaint is that the driveway/parking area was not utilized effectively. Also, I had made arrangements to drop off at a different location but got a call from U-Haul saying I had to return it to Andresen instead. This involved more gas and more time on my part for which I was not compensated, nor was I compensated for having to find someone to go with me to give me a ride home. The original drop off location I had picked is less than a mile from home and I could have walked back - this location is more than five miles away!

Very slow ...only one person at main desk...waited over 40 minutes to get through line...need at least 3 people at front desk to check folks out...The young man with last name Price, was amazing hooking up our trailer & explaining how to operate the 26ft truck..very respectful to us...

The person that helped me didn't know the cast. He was charging me example. I rented a 6 by 12. Trailer. Open. For one day. They charged me for 2 days. A he didn't know why. He. Just said that's what the computor. Says . bottom line was. Because. It was after 5:30. It automatically. Pops up Two days. .well it was after 5:30 Friday. And I brought it back Sunday at 9. Still. Feel should have been 12 hours . .it would have been another. Half hour to redo .

I paid for coverage I didn't want, I pushed the "no insurance" but I guess it didn't change ! Really needed that $28!



I expect to get what I request and paid for. I asked for a furniture dolly for the heavy lifting I was doing alone. I did need to know I didn't have in the trailer 3 hours away. My back is hurting because those things need to be moved. Reliably is we customer need UHAUL didn't do

Hugh could not find my estimate when I called to schedule my truck pick up. So he wrote up another, $200 more than the first. However, 2 hours later he called and wanted to know whether I still needed to keep the estimate valid. (I was driving so I didn't answer the phone). When I called back, Hugh could not find it. Again. Even tho he had just called me about it

Uhaul was my worst experience. The truck and auto transport were lost and kept getting called daily because the agents couldn’t do their job to check in my equipment. I didn’t even rent the transport yet get called saying it’s in California.
