I don't know if there is room for improvement: The service was great, there was a bet of a wait but that was because they had so many customers. The service was fast, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend this location to everyone.

I was a cash customer who had to pay $100 deposit. Which was fine. The problem was when uhaul call me the day before about the drop off location. They had sent me to a storage unit place that would not return my cash deposit. Forcing me to load my car back onto the auto transport to go to another uhaul location to get my deposit retured. All staff was as helpful with the solution of the problem. Would be nice if when you call someone about a drop off location, that the person calling knows if it's a cash customer or not so that the customer can just go to the right location in the first place and so they don't have to waste gas and miles. Thanks
