They had the wrong size truck. We wanted a 24 foot truck and they said it was for a 20 foot. We had to wait in line for other customers which took time away from our rental time.

The two women that helped me were unfriendly. And when I returned the trailer that women was very grumpy and did not help me take off trailer from the truck.

The location was fine and the building was nice and clean. As far as coustmer service the young lady behind the counter was very unfriendly. I definitly could tell she didn't want to be there. It made me feel very uncomfortable.

There is an employee at this location who does not belong in customer service. Moving is stressful and tiring and the last thing you need is an employee with an attitude. The morning girl on Saturday was WONDERFUL but the morning girl on Sunday was not.
