The staff was really good and inside the store was good. The neighborhood was sketchy. The only real problem with the experience was the app. The app was being pushed to be used but when I did , someone else’s contact information was showing. The current rental never showed up on my app so I couldn’t return the vehicle until the office opened up. Everything else was as expected.
