All that was available for the drop off was a metal box to put the key in. It left me perplexed as to whether or not my account would be handled in a proper fashion. I would not recommend such an independently owned drop off location to anyone.

Site was not open when advertised and it was very difficult to park the u-haul in the very busy neighborhood given that the location was locked behind a chain link fence
