Our uhaul was clean. At pick up we were informed that we would get best fuel mileage if we kept it in the"green", approx 10 miles+/ gallon! We started out on our 650 mile journey. We kept it in the green, 60-62 mph. About 55 miles down the road the uhaul quit and died. My husband pulled over and shut the key off. It started right back up! All gauges and fluids were checked and all was good. We continued on... By the time we reached our destination, the uhaul had done this thing 9 times!!! Every 45-90 miles! In the middle of highways, interstates, on the 2 lane divide! Very dangerous situation!!! AND the 10 miles+/ gal??? Lol we got 6 mpg!!! Cost 2x's as much in fuel!!! Not a happy mover! Moving is stressful enough with out extra headaches or expense!!!
It was cheaper than I thought it would be plus I like the convienent drop off
Picked up 5X8 trailer in the dead of winter (-15) and everything was clean and ready to go. The shop is pretty small, and had to get a receiver/ball elsewhere, but the staff very friendly and helpful.
Terrible service and I would search for alternate rental company next time I need a truck or trailer.
Every aspect of my rental was excellent. From the service to the equipment!!!!!
I am definitely not happy with your service. I was to pick up in Harvey, nd (33 mi from my home), but the only trucks you had in my size were Minot (96 mi) and Devils Lake (105 mi). I had the extra cost of renting auto transport because you didn't take the truck to Harvey. When I arrived, the great young lady in Devils Lake said that they never asked her to get the truck to Harvey because she could have sent it over there first thing that morning. Your regional guys NEVER ASKED about taking it to Harvey, after saying that they had asked. It took me a total of 6 hours to get that truck and my pay rate is about $40 per hour. I am VERY angry
It would have been much better to pick up the trailer in Grafton as ordered instead of 100 miles away at Devils Lake.
