Pick up Store was extremely dirty, bathroom was very dirty, no paper products at all. Sales clerk was very slow, and not very attentive.
Nice u haul location
Horrible drop off experience. Ladies were rude and we had people coming up begging us for money. The ladies at the uhaul acted like it was a huge inconvience that we were dropping uhaul off and we even dropped off a day early. Horrible experience and would never recommend them again!!! Wouldn't provide us with a receipt of entire rental .
While the inside was clean, the door had to be jiggled and coaxed to finally open. Man who rented said go around and hook it up before we charge it....he kept my license and cc....in case we decided we didn't want it.
He was little or no help.
Equipment old and like I said the door was very hard to open.
Upon return the lady just said pull it around back and park it and you are done.
When I got the truck I was told it had 1/4 tank but it only had 1/8. When I returned it they said I drove 29 miles but I only drove 18. I told them someone must have used the truck before me and no one recorded the 10 miles or the 1/8 of a tank that was used. I had to pay for it all

This Pick Up Location Was Terrible, We Were Supposed To Have Our Uhaul At 8:00 Monday Night But We Were Told That They Didn't Show A Reservation For Us Even Though I Had All Of The Paperwork Showing Our Reservation And Also Spoke With A Uhaul Rep That Morning Confirming Time And Location theN We Were Told That The Owner Was No longer There And Apparently Had The Keys With Him, So We Still Were Not Able To Get The Truck. Then We Were Told To Come Back At 6:30 The Following Morning, Where We SaT And Waited For An Hour To Pick Up A Truck That We Should Of Already Had The Night Before And We Requested To Have An Appliance Dolly, Which They Did Not Have On Hand. We Then Lost An Hour Of Help From Our Movers, Which We Also Reserved Through Uhaul, As They Were Waiting For Us To Come Back With The Truck. So We Paid For Four Hours Of Moving Help But Was Only Able To Actually Get Three Hours Of Help Due To Us Not Getting The Truck On Time. So This Allowed The Movers To Only Help Us Load But Not Unload Due To Running Out Of Time. So Overall This Experience Was Horrible.
