Jones was AWESOME and absolutely would recommend them to others in the future. I had some challenges with Uhaul scheduling trying to move me to a different pick up an drop off location that was 20 minutes away which from a customer perspective, knowing there multiple locations within minutes of my house was a frustration but after a few calls I was able to get that resolved and moved back to Jones. I've picked up there in the past as well and they always do everything they can to make the rental as simple as possible. Super great people there. There are some people you do business with that are such a pleasure to work with, it makes for a really easy decision and desire to go back there to give them the business. This is definitely the case with Jones.
