The floor of the truck was wet, which got the pads wet, which then got the antique furniture wet. I don't blame this location. Also, uhaul needs to keep a step available for those of us who are older and overweight. I had to bring a stool from home. I did really like the staff! They were very accommodating.

I rented a new 26 ft truck. Used it for moving from N.C. to Florida. The truck handled very well. Did not need A/C when leaving N.C. but by time I had reached South Georgia it was time to turn on the A/C. Well, the A/C did not work so it was very uncomfortable for the last 5 hours of the drive down. Disappointed that U-Haul did not offer any type of credit or discount on a future rental. Paying full rate for a truck with no air conditioning for 5 hours in Florida is almost punishment.
