How U-Haul Reviews WorkI got this rental completely via the app and did not interact with anyone at the location. The app did not work well for me and I never fully got through the drop off portion of it. Second problem is that someone left a UHaul appliance dolly in the back of the truck which I did not need and took up space needed for the things I was transporting. Third problem is the roof of the cargo box leaked during a rain shower while it was parked and got my chair cushions wet. Probably will avoid using the app for pickup and drop off in the future
JEFFREY SDidn’t get 25 dollars off for clean out truck what happened to my credit
Steven JYou can’t improve perfection! Excellent service, never had an issue with U-Haul, one of the last old school businesses that comprehend good customer service, and U-Haul genuinely takes care of their customers!!
