Customer service was excellent! When I had a problem, the owner came back to the site even when the site was closed to fix the issue. I will definitely be using this site again when needed.
Michelle FIt was a little past 6:00pm and there was no one there. I followed the directions at the LOCK BOX AND HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE RENTAL RETURN! It was overall a great day and a great experience! Thanks to U-Haul, my moving day was a great success!
