The u-hual app is a pain. I filled out as much info as I could ahead of time. When I went to pick up the vehicle (at 2am) the app informed me I needed someone to vouch for me. I had to call and wake my husband up at 2am to answer a call from u-haul. I wish I was made aware of this before hand and I would have warned him or brought my passport with me. After getting through that step the app glitched and wouldnt let me proceed to the payment page. I used the chat option and was told I had to call the 1800 number. The rep on the phone got me through the process, but the whole time he sounded like he was just trying to end the call. I had to tell him to stay on the line until I was satisfied. The location I rented from was good. The staff were friendly and got me checked back in quickly in the afternoon when I returned the truck.

Was easy and everyone was very pleasant to work with
MATTHEW GThe truck was not cleaned out. The staff had to quickly clean it. They said there was a half tank when clearly there was not only 1/8th tank. The agent made it so the truck time could not be extended. I have never seen this before.
