well there was no personnel, so that sucked. it was my first time renting a uhaul and I was unaware it was a self pick up location, the person who confirmed on the phone did not tell me. also the lady on the phone confirming the pickup said she was sending me all the way to kuna, which sucked, but that she was going to give me $170 off for the inconvenience, but bc it was a self pick up, no one was there to take the discount off, and i've called several times, and it has not gone through.
