I arranged to pick up the vehicles at 7 am and even called to confirm the time; however, they were not there when we arrived and apparently didn’t open until 8 am. This was unexpected and delayed our start and none of the phone numbers provided were answered as it was before formal working hours. Fortunately the first worker arrived early and got us on our way before 8 but this could have been avoided!

PATRICK LHorrible. There was a rude employee who was cursing left and right on the phone before looking at me as if I was a nuisance. When I asked where to park, he told me “there’s a HUGE space right there buddy” sarcastically. There was about 6 inches of space on each side for me to park. And as I was parking, a woman in a Honda civic sped between me and the parking space, almost hitting the truck with her middle finger out smoking a cigarette. The U-Haul employee simply came out and watched and didn’t acknowledge what had just happened. I will never go to this location again, and I will avoid U-Haul.
