NICHOLAS BI think equipment was well and customer service is pretty good but all employees need to be on the same page. One I talked to told me specifically bring it back at least on 1/4 tank of gas and you can’t get a fuel penalty that a lot of people do. Well that was a lie, bring it back exactly how you got it. So if it is over 1/4 tank of gas at example 150 miles, bring it back at that. The charges me $45.75 for fuel difference if maybe $2.00 even though it was their employee who told me to bring it back at that fuel level. They wouldn’t reimburse me which is crazy and rip off. I have had an incident at another U-HAUL before and they reimbursed me and said it was on them.
