We’ve had reservations at U-Haul 3 times this summer and 2 times the equipment was not available when we came to pick it up

JEROME MThe employee that dealt with my rental was rude and very condescending. When I returned the uhaul the same behavior was given to me and multiple other customer, he is not fit to deal with customers. The uhaul itself was filthy, had other customers items in the back, and a weed pen by the driver's seat. I'll never return here, might never use u haul again
