1) I was late as no one was there at the facility on time and when I did the online check in, the code was not sent to me so had to call uhaul support and the codes they gave me for the key did not work either. So this made me late for the movers to start loading the truck 2) the truck was not cleaned out
Bradley EThere is something wrong with the engine. Motor sounded like metal on metal when accelerating. Passenger Seat Belt Stuck and unable to use. But friendly staff and truck suited my needs.
