Location was great and convenient. Mgr, Joshua very helpful. Just be forewarned that the location is very busy w only one person who can help you...so when you make yr reservation give yourself enough time in case you have to wait a bit...but otherwise location is great.

Malory MYour app and web pick up was pretty terrible. It took a few calls and time on hold and a call back to get it sorted. Getting the truck to a confirmed location was difficult and required multiple calls to get someone who could help. I am once again disappointed by U-Haul. It’s a good thing you do not have any competition in my drop off city because you’d never get another dollar out of me!
