Took them 3 weeks to check my equipment as returned and they only did it once I got a message saying It would be reported as stolen. Corporate has to call to get them to do their job.

ROBERT SI made a reservation online, the reservation never transferred. Upon making the reservation I elected not to add safemove for $30. Yet after getting rental and later checking the rental agreement via email I was charged for safemove.
