DROP off location in the CITY of POUGHKEEPSIE- little bit out of my way from WHERE I was- 45 Miles out of my way- little bit inconvenient when there was a location 1 mile away from where I was- but the Gentleman who greeted me was SHOCKED as receiving a 20ft truck- he had no room for it: Full tank of Fuel- which he appreciated , when picking up the vech Fuel was low- Location is a little bit on the tight side in getting /in and out of the location with a truck- BUT the representative was very understanding- very helpful- and understood my situation- the only suggestion I can think of---IF the location was in a better area for TRUCKS- to feel more comfortable in DRIVING inside the gates of the establishment.

NICHOLAS YNothing is needed where I rented the service was excellent, the equipment was very clean and the customer service was great at Gormans Garage in Poughkeepsie.
ELLEN TI needed to rent a car carrier, but there weren't any around. I contacted several people and everyone was curteous and helpful. The people at 4455 Glass and Metal found a trailer, U-Haul got it to Gormans in Poughkeepsie, and Gormans made sure everything was in working order. I was able to do what I needed to do. Thank You!
