Clackamas U-Haul discouraged renting Trucks from Damascus, as the trucks were not suppose to be clean. I found this not to be true. My truck was clean and frankly it did not matter if it was not. I only needed the truck a couple of hours. Clackamas U-Haul was not professional and should not discourage renting from another U-Haul location.

truck was not cleaned out
operator took nearly an hour to get us registered while I paid two men to sit idle. As a result it cost me $30 in labor and we werent able to get our last load done that day. Then he added a second day charge because I brought back the truck an hour late.
Then to top it off he didn't ask me whether I wanted the damage waiver, just added in the charge and then didn't want to show me the invoice, just said it would be emailed to me. I insisted on seeing the print out. It was only then, after he had already run my card, did I know the second day charge had been added. I am blocking this payment by my credit card company.
