The truck was not where it was supposed to be for pick up. I had it reserved for a month prior. Also phoned and checked on the reservation a week before pick up and was told all was good. Then the day before pick up I was called by Uhaul and told we had to pick it up at a different location. We had to drive in from the coast to make things work as the place you reassigned us was not open on Saturday. So again, we had to drive in from the coast (Garibaldi, Or..) on Friday to accomplish the rental. NOT HAPPY and will never use U-Haul again nor will I recommend it and I will take every opportunity to tell people what a crappy deal our experience was.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWorst experience getting a U-Haul, I rent U-Hauls 2-3 times a week all over the PDX and surrounding areas I’ve never! Had to pay a deposit to get a U-Haul let alone one over 150 dollars or so. I’ve always gotten a rental for 24hr on the 15 foot one for the same price and mile price everywhere but this place wants to charge per hour whatever they want too. Definitely don’t recommend.

Brooke HIt’s not your normal U-Haul rental. I walked into this business and wasn’t greeted in a friendly manner. It was a bit odd. Other than that, it was fine.
Cynthia NThe drop off location was very small tomorrow.. Only one other U-Haul truck was there. I think it was a 16 footer. It mostly was a marine boating area with a small business for U-Haul. The staff was really good though.
