HOWEVER.... they charged me for a hand truck that wasn't in the UHaul when we picked it up.
Kellie M.I enjoyed the experience of picking up the truck after hours, but I do have to say that the lock boxes to obtain the keys are ridiculously difficult to open, extremely poor design.
Michael H.I was told 1.19 per mile. So I didn't bother to check my contract. I went by what they told me. My mistake to take people by their word. When I dropped off the price it was 1.59 per mile. She said because it was a Friday lol.
