No issues with the person at the location, but there was only one person, the equipment was not ready and the app did not function. Finally, the equipment only had a 1/4 tank. Good thing I was not in a hurry.

The right truck, the information
Jeremy LPut a disclaimer online that the 10' trucks do not have a loading ramp. We reserved one, knowing we were just moving 1 piano, but had to upgrade to the 26' truck because we knew it was too heavy to load without a ramp. If you had new out of longer trucks, I'm not sure what we would have done.
