I did not have an issue with the location itself. I did have an issue with being able to pickup the truck via the app due to the person who changed my pick up location not completing something on his end. Luckily the customer service person I spoke with was very helpful and made the required updates and stayed on the line while I completed the steps in the app. Overall I left with the truck almost an hour after my original pickup time slot.
