I was charged for tax after it not showing on my invoice when booking on line and had confirmed at another Gresham location when I book on line there is no tax. Was told I needed to call and explain and they said that it had changed and they are required to charge in Multnomah co. Which was not what I was told and was not on my invoice when booking. Now having to wait for someone to call me about refund of the tax. I had also booked many times prior and had not been charged when doing on line and it did not state the had changed, if it had it should of been included on my changes when booking And all employees should be aware of this is truly a change. I live in Clackamas co and would just book closer if that is the case. Will review again after I get a call back to see how the follow up is handled
