When I reserved equipment weeks ago, I specified and reserved a 20' truck, which was essential for this move. My reservation reflected this. Then I was notified by U-Haul the day before that I would have to drive all the way to Benton City to get the truck...70 miles past my move site. This delayed the start of a very complex move by 3 hours and caused considerable inconvenience. This was not a good way to treat a customer of over 45 years! The truck was excellent...no issues there.
