The men at this location went over and above in service. My hitch had an issue and they patiently and diligently worked on it for me to resolve the issue and get me on the road! What a great team!! 🤩

Howard dGreat place. Guy was leaving but helped me get it parked and checked in. One again drop off location was changed multiple time by the time I returned it. Added more miles to price. Figured locations for pick up and drop off would be set when reserved.

Jared KI will not be using Uhaul ever again. Uhaul charge me 25 bucks for 2.5 gallons of gas. If they would have given me a truck with a full tank. I would have brought it back full.
RODGER cUhaul charged my card 25 dollars for 2.5 gallons of fuel. For a company that does not send you out with a full tank of fuel, to charge me 25 dollars for 1/16 of a tank, if it's not chicken shit. It has henhouse ways. I will use penski from now on.

Abraham WNot impressed this time. I reserved a trailer for one location, and was contacted the day before, but no message was left. The evening before I received a text that my trailer would be available 30+ minute from here I had reserved it, for a 5:30 pick up. Further, I needed to get it picked up before 5. So, an extra hour drive, plus needed to get there well before the time I had reserved. I asked to return the trailer to a location closest to my house. I was told that the return location was set, and I would have to take it to that location, 20 minutes further than the location close to my house. Another 40 minutes' drive time. No offer of compensation was made for the 1 hour and 40 minutes of extra time I had to put in, not the extra miles I had to drive. The best the employee could do was apologize and say it was company policy. Next time I have to rent a trailer, I hope another company will treat me better than this one did.

Fred a | Overall ExperienceLocation told us if we wanted to change the drop off location. We need to contact the corporate office and gave us the phone number. We contacted the corporate office and were told that we were supposed to do it before we left the site. Either way we got screwed.

Terry BI honestly feel scammed. I had no paperwork to check against for mileage/ fuel level, as I was checked in on a phone. Signed on a phone. I took them at there word. I KNOW where we went and that ( being generous) was 75 miles. I was charged for 105. I paid 70 dollars to return 1/2 full, though when I checked out was told 1/4 full, and that is what my eyes saw. Because my eyes didn't see a contract, but was emailed, I basically have no recourse. My bad. Lesson learned.
