No one bothered to tell me I had to remove the 6x12 cargo trailer by myself, nor how to do so. So after an hour of trying to remove the equiptment alone and by myself (25 year old female), I finally was told by uhaul road side assistance that a tool is needed because the trailer is so heavy it's basically impossible to remove without the "mule" tool. This was after being told if I wanted someone to come to the location (a location the road side assistance provider could not even locate) I was to be charged a $100 fee. The next day I spoke to someone at the location (the same person who did bother to fill me in on the much needed information required to remove the equiptment from my vehicle) who basically told me "Oh we'll!" and to call back Monday and hope the GM of the location was there and would maybe do something. Completely horrible. I will continue taking further action in pursuing a full refund. It's the least Uhaul could do!

Personnel-wise, there are no improvements. Everyone was friendly and smiling. I felt very welcome and an air of professionalism mixed with an easy going vibe made me comfortable from the moment I walked in. But if you had to improve, you could lower the prices a bit,.

It was a great experience, Entrance to location needs to be wider. If more than one than two trucks are being returned and a customer is trying to exit this maybe rather difficult. thanks!
