This is not where we were contracted to drop off the trailer. We were supposed to return it to Ace Hardware in Bristol, FL. I did not return the trailer so I cannot answer the questions about the facility other than it was farther wawy than where we were supposed to return it and added ANOTHER hour to our already way too long ordeal.

Dropped off 3 days ago. center was closed. I was told I would receive a receipt via E-Mail. still not received.

Location was advertised as open as per uhaul when I made rental and there was no 1 there to receive the equiptment to drop it off. This would have been fine had it been a driving truck but since it was a pull behind there was no way to secure rental equip. Upon opening 2 days later the staff was helpful.
