I dropped off at 1294 Old Monrovia Rd Huntsville, AL as scheduled and the staff was very friendly. They unhooked the trailer and said I was good to go and would check the trailer in. Unfortunately the trailer did not get check in. I had to call back several times to have the trailer check in. I was also charge for an extra day.
