first time was on sun,to get some boxes , busy,,line all way to out side ,,two helping ,,some time have to go out to check trucks ,,was really long time ,,over all worker do what they can ,, second time to rent the truck wasn't busy ,,,only two or three customer ,,any way i rent it one way to drop it in sf ,,on mission ,to make the story short the renter was nice young man ,i think he is new ,,he try to go over every thing with us ,,we got the truck ,,load it ,went to sf ,un loaded ,we went to drop it in the location he gave us ,,on mission st if you know it,,location locked all gates,,we have hard time to find drop box,,they have it all way up ,no body can reach it ,in side of the building ,,location very small ,we could not find any place to park ,,street cleaning every day morning ,,no side street or any where ,,there are sign ,if we park it wrong ,we responsible for any ticket ,,about 11pm,,we have no choice to drive back to where we rent it ,,very clean ,,lot of space ,we park it and drop keys,we went back to city ,and i have to drive again to campbell in morning to explain what happen ,,and to go over charges ...i found out they charge me more as to way ,millage ,i explain to nice guy was there ,he called the manager ,he said they will credit back the over charge ,,the problem i have to pay for gas two way ,,and drive twice to city ,,all this problem because this mission location very bad and small ,,does not really reflect your company ,,its auto repair ,on busy street ,,you guys never recommended to drop any trucks there ,,,thank you
