The customer service at the front desk was not the best the girls were rude and did not explain things well . The guys who helped us receive as well as return did a great job and worked quickly .

the staff at the 4055 broadway u-haul was wonderful. im 64 years old and i can say they made renting a truck very easy for me. i would recommend them to family and friends and use them again.

I was able to check in quickly and terms and conditions of the rental were explained well. Furnitures pads came in the truck and were of great help.

I had a poor experience with Uhaul and will avoid using in the future. I called MONTHS in advance to reserve a truck only to get a call 2 days before that they moved my pick-up location and that I had to change truck sizes. Then, literally 5 minutes before I was to pick up my truck I get a call that moved my pick location again...this time 20 miles from the location I was then standing at waiting to get my truck. When I asked at the counter what could be done to help I got a bunch of blank stares and "you need to go to that location". I asked if they were going to give me a ride there or pay for my cab as I had no way to get there...as expected I got the answer of "no...we don't do that". Then I started to raise a stink and ask where the customer service, where was the manager (no manager in the location on Sundays...which amazes me given most of the business is done on weekends). Finally, finally, I got someone to tell me I could take a different sized truck (again, smaller than I wanted/needed). It was a terrible experience.

Not very much. The counter person was fast and friendly and gave me all the information I needed, such as "be sure to return the gas tank to the same level it has now". The return person was equally as fast and professional. As a result, I was very satisfied with the rental experience.

The whole experience was awesome. I have gone to this location before and have never had the high level of service that I encountered this time. (The last time I rented at this location was ten years ago).

I arrived to be told by Tamika that I did not have a confirmed reservation because nobody from that location called me. I tried to show her that I had an email that said I was scheduled and GUARANTEED to pick up a truck at that location and that if I did not show up I would have to pay $50. She wouldn't even look at the email and told me I did not have a confirmation. She gave my truck, the only one at the location, away to the man in front of me and told me another truck was scheduled to come in that afternoon. I had paid movers to come load my truck but she didn't care. I was so stressed all day because I had to have my son moved out that day and she said I was not even confirmed even though I had booked weeks before. I will look for a different option in the future.

Customer service was great, quick and friendly. The truck was clean but the transmission was in poor shape which made the move very difficult and frustrating. Since I was on a tight time schedule I didn't want to come back and ask for another truck, assuming another one was available.

Not charge for every little thing. Misleading adds advertising the van for $19.95 and then charging for other things on top of that.

Everything was great. Employee was extremely friendly and very helpful. It was not a long, drawn out process. Got in and got out. I only wish I had gotten the employee's name. She really brightened my day. Excellent customer service. I want to hire her.

The staff at the register wasn´t customer-oriented enough: they talked among each other without regard for the people they were attending: the person who assisted me talked too fast and monotone, as if they were reciting something to get done as quick as possible, and assuming I was familiar with the procedures. She became a bit more helpful towards the end, but only after considerable effort on my part.
Upon returning the vehicle, they didn´t offer to adjust the mileage charge: I didn´t bother with it because it was only a couple of bucks, but it would have been considerate.

Minus the person who checked me out everything was good. The individual who checked me out was rude and had very poor communication skills. However, the person who drove my van around was extremely friendly and courteous.

Did not have Utility Dolly available (claimed he did not order enough but had more coming in) on the busiest moving day of the Spring. Offered an Appliance Dolly instead and charged me full price for the Appliance Dolly rather than charging the Utility Dolly price as I requested in my reservation but he apparently did not have enough of. Overall good service but this one glaring misstep left a sour taste.
