The staff at pickup was friendly and helpful but the staff at dropoff was very unpleasant. When I was walking up the building, a man just walked up to me with his hand out to get the key from me, never speaking. The only way I identified him was his U-Haul shirt. The man inside the building at the desk never spoke to me, looked at me or acknowledged my presence, even while walking past me. It was a very uncomfortable few minutes waiting on my truck inspection to be done. Upon check out, I had a question needing to clarify something and the way he answered me I took his tone to be condescending. Also, he got very defensive when he gave me wrong information and I asked him to clarify. I could not wait to get out of that building and unfortunately from that drop off experience I really do not ever want to go back to this location. Again, I want to stress that the people in the morning were very thorough and pleasant.

Tight, unpaved parking area made dropoff a slight problem. However, excellent staff took care of me in no time.

Very friendly and efficient. Lots of equipment to choose from. I verified my order online before I picked up my trailer. Needed to correct the spelling of my name and the woman, Mary, I spoke with was wonderful. Great place and people! :)

The truck was well maintained, new tires & windshield wipers. Excellent brakes and comfortable seats. The econo-gauge was great and helped me keep my mpg up. First time I have driven a 26' foot truck and it was a breeze.

The representative (Josh) was very prompt and proficient in getting me in a truck and out quickly and I've have for over 20 years used U-Haul for my moving needs and will always. I don't know any other moving companies that I trust with my belongings!!!
