I have a big problem currently. My reservation was moved to this location, and the date was changed for my rental. The truck was then rented out under my name and license, however it was paid for using a different card. I received a receipt for this rental after use. I believe there is inappropriate use of U-Haul vehicles at this location.

No one was on site. The key was in the truck which has a lock on it. We had to wait on hold for over 20 mins. At the same time we were using the chat system. After 20 mins we got the code for the key. During this time we were approached by many different people asking for money and one lady started yelling at me saying I was stealing her truck. It was stressful
