The worst customer service ever !!! Not a friendly staff , they are lazy and slow.They lost my papers and they refused to look at the cameras to see where they put them... Never won`t come back there...Be aware !!!

They seemed a bit short-staffed, but still, the pickup & the drop-off went smoothly, and the staff was helpful & courteous. The equipment was as expected, and at least this move went without a hitch & no surprises.

Customer service is fantastic & the trailer that I rented was perfect. I could have used a slightly longer one but it did the trick & got the job done. I was cut in line at the store by another customer although that was not addressed. My patience is high though so just in the future a number process or name process may be better to be used than an unorganized line. I would use this U-Haul location again for sure though. After hours drop off made it very convenient for me as well. Thanks guys!

My whole experience was just ok - there was only one person working when I reserved the moving van, the fuel was at just under "F" for full and I also rented a bag of blankets. Upon the return, there was a long line of trucks and after about 20 minutes some young man proceeded to check me in - I filled the fuel back to right under "F" and he said I'd need to fill it up completely - I told him it wasn't at that level, and didn't tell the woman from the office - so, I had to go back out to completely fill the tank and was over "F" - charged for the extra mileage and returned the van - also, they would not refund me the blankets that I didn't use - they were still in the original plastic bag and were untouched, and told me "no" once they leave the office, the customer gets charged, as well as a misc. $1.00 charge on my bill that I was not explained at all. The van was fine to drive - However, the customer experience was poor. What ever happened to the customer always being right?

Making online reservations ahead of time seemed useless because the agent that called to confirm my reservation changed the pick up location which is very far from where i originally reserved the vehicle. She insisted that I get what she recommends but I told her that it was for our own convenience to return the truck close to the final destination and not having to drive the truck back for another 20 miles. She then went ahead and booked the pick up location which was at least 16 miles farther. So I had to call again to make her change the pick up location. Upon picking up the truck, went to the order processing all over again, it doesn't show on the system that i already ordered the insurance, dolly and furniture cover. Good thing I reminded the person that I already made that choices online because it did not show up on the reservation. I have used Uhaul services before but this is the first time that the customer service was bad.

I dealt with 3 incividuals. The 1st was an all powerful sarchastic smart-a$$, seemed like the manager, not sure, he never introduced himself. Second guy was OK, not at all friendly, just doing his job. Third guy had a few cards missing out of the deck, someone there should mentor him on how there equipment works. I'm thinking he should at least be familiar with it. All in all not a pleasant experience, I had to check my pockets after I left to make sure nothing was missing. Thankfully nothing was. They make the feeling of being scammed a reality.

When I called prior to making my reservation, it was with the intent of getting correct information from your customer service team. The first time I called, the agent could not hear me so she proceeded to get an attitude then hung up. This is what happened the second time I called: I explained I would be using my mother's card to reserve but we will not be present with me or drive the truck at any time. I was told I would need to bring $100 cash deposit and my license. No problem. She took down all my information, what kind of car I'd be needing, took the credit card number (and explained it would not be charged when I return from trip, but rather the difference would come out of my deposit). She also took down my estimated miles to be traveled and told me an estimated total. When I arrived at this location I was told I needed a deposit, STATE ID, my license, and my mother's card for verification. I was not told any of this by your customer service rep. The man at the front desk proceeded to not answer any of my questions accurately but instead kept stating that he is not the bad guy and it's "not his fault, it is what it is". Then, when I asked about my alternative options he AGAIN ignored me and asked the couple in line behind me to step to the next computer so he could help them instead. I was insulted and told him that's not acceptable to do, he told me I needed to "chill out" and then said okay I'll help you. The entire experience was ridiculous. My suggestion? Make sure the people you are hiring for your customer service department understand their jobs and take them seriously. There is no reason for a customer service agent to not know the correct, basic information--that is their job! Train your employees better or stop wasting money on their positions.

The fuel gauge works high or low at times which I over fill the amount needed to return. In 30 min after pickup the truck location call no truck need pick up other location because truck when out of state in minn. Which cause me loss time and money driving back at other location.

The inside of the truck was not clean. I have so much exta cleaning that was not necessary. I am very dissapointed.

Guy who did return argued with me and another over the fuel level. I got the car with 5/8 of a tank. Returned with 11/16 and he made me leave and put in more gas. Was very rude and was yelling. Treated another customer the same way.

Although I had read a few very bad reviews for this uhaul, I decided to go with the positive reviews and give this location a try for my son's recent move to Chicago. I was very happy with the service received. We were late picking up the truck, and with a quick call it was held for us until we arrived. The manager was pleasant and very helpful during signout. Returning the vehicle was fast and easy with no hassles. All in all, a very positive experience.

Not much that I can see, with Anthony Banks, Anne Lawrence and the staff that's in place at this location, you should use this store as a model for all other Uhaul's in the country. I have several locations to get all my needs met but I always drive the extra miles to do my business with this location. They are professional, courteous and very thorough in the process of working with the customers. Keep up the good work. Thanks, Christ DiVito
