I called days before they came had it towed. I told them I was still using the van. They took it without notice and need to take the towing fee off bill. Wasn’t supposed to be recovered. There was damage to van when they picked it up but have charged me for damage. That also needs to be taken off bill.

LUIS NPicked up the UHaul with ease. At the U-Haul storage facility the truck got stuck inside but the UHaul employees were witty and came up with a solution. Really great service. I put a little extra gas before returning because I was very impressed.
YARON SWell lit, UHaul office inside station with convenient hours! Quick and accurate service. The truck was old and worn but maintained.
