the experience was great. However I did not receive a receipt after dropping my vehicle off and using the night drop off box. I was told one would be emailed to me. I recorded my mileage and will be checking my credit card receipt

Everything was great, loved the ability to drop off your equipment at no charge. The line to park the vehicles did get a bit crowded by the end, but otherwise everything was perfectly smooth. Will definitely work with this location again in the future.

The personnel was very rude. He said that we should not be dropping off a truck that big at this location...even though our sheet clearly showed this as the drop off location.

update the computer system. I rent trailers frequently and they always have to though the complete process. it would be nice if the computer system would be able to pull up all of my info instead of me having to go thgrough the whole process all over again
