Trina MWhen we rented our equipment we rented moving blankets and was quoted 10 bucks per dozen for the move, we got 2 dozen, 20 bucks. That's what was on our original receipt. When we returned the truck and trailer the guy said he was to busy and we are going to be waiting a very long time and he could send us a receipt. Got home and noticed he had charged us 120.00 for the blankets. So we called him and he said they are 5 bucks per blanket and he would refund the 100.00 bucks this time. He sent us a new receipt for the move and he had changed the cost of the blankets on the second receipt. Don't like this practice at all. When we picked up the truck everybody was really nice and helpful, but upon return the guy sitting behind the counter who changed the price of the blankets was less than helpful and frankly didn't seem quite honest with the move he pulled. For this reason I would recommend this place, but watch the charges apparently they change by who is helping you???

ZAMAN TCompletely misleading pricing. 10 ft truck is 39.90 (rental.rate 19.95, rental charge 19.95. Truck says 19.99. Nickel and died me on mileage. Quoted 20, did 26. Tank was suppose to be at 3/16. Brought back a 1/4 of Chevron. Purchased Safemove for $15. Picked up truck at 1019, returned at 1731. Utility dolly $7.0. $36.14 for mileage. Total bill for 1day was 84.06. Should be 19.95 less. Total double dip.
