My experience with this U-Haul was good and I can’t think of anything that needs to improve

This location was poorly run. We had to wait almost an hour to get our truck due to the truck being parked in and the attendants not knowing their job. We had to call to get someone and then wait until they showed up. They were less than friendly and their location was dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. The truck was ok, the back was left open overnight so we had to dry it out from the rain. If we had another option, we would've left. We initially chose a different location but we were transferred to this one 10 miles out of the way, unfortunately I did not see the email until the day of, therefore we paid for 20 extra miles that we wouldn't have if we were at the original location. Overall very unsatisfied with the service.

AVERY CU-Haul rates are ridiculous they nickel and dime you for everything, all trucks rented should have a full tank of gas before it leaves to avoid any discrepancy as to how much gas was in the vehicle before it left its ridiculous so they count on the person renting it to bring it back with a little more in it then they left it with that’s how they make money by not always having a full tank. They made a big deal about a paint spill that was cleaned and dried up but charged a $100 cleaning fee yet never cleaned it I was willing to get all the paint out the next morning but said they needed to do it right away because it was going out the next morning, the truck was there the whole night and the next morning, so it went out not being cleaned, will never rent from U-Haul again, should have an unlimited mileage rate. Total rip off
