KELLY KProvide clean equipment and don't offer incentives without properly contacting and informing all of those involved. And stop inflating gas price and removing gas xap to burn gas to make a profit.
RASHANDA HThis drop off place did not log in when I returned the U-Haul and charged me 4 extra days that I did not have the U-Haul or dolly. This is very unprofessional I paid for the U-Haul in full on the 28th and returned it to the drop off place on the 29th at 12:00pm so there should not be no reason why I should of been charged for anything else. This is very unprofessional I need a refund for my money idk if they are doing fraud or what but I need to get refunded in full
