Have more people working the desk, at customer service. I had to wait 25 min before I was helped, then when I doped the truck off, it was another 20 min. before I was helped.

Uhauls overall service was aweful this time. I was very upset. I called the ph# for the location at Blanding blvd in Orange Park, Fl I told the associate 3 times that I needed the truck for 24hrs. I hope one of your managers pulls this call & listen to it. My sister went into the office and was told she has to bring it back at 7am in the morning, which is not 24hrs I was very upset because
that wash't what I was told. My reservation stated that I
requested 24 hrs the assoc
in the store stated that this has happen before. Uhaul
you need to get your act
together because you have
an associate on the phone
saying one thing then when
you go into the store they
say something totally
.different. The associate in
the store was
unsympathetic about me
being upset about the whole experience.

These guys are the Bomb.
I hadn't even gotton out of my truck before they were taking off the trailer and they noticed that a tire was bad
they were almost like a Nascar Pit Crew had the tire changed in a few seconds.
This location has it going on.

Checkout was slow due to employees seemingly taking a long time with customer refunds for a customer ahead of me. It seemed the employee was having problems completing the refund or switching payment methods. It was a busy time for this location. Generally, I am very happy with this location, especially the people that work outside hooking up and checking out trailers and trucks.

This rental was a God send!!! We found out we needed to move someone on saturday night and WOW, i called at 9am and the truck was ready to go!!! All of it was done on the internet---soooo convinent!!! The people at this location were SUPER--Thanks Again

When I made reservation I was incorrectly told my needed trailer hitch came on a van. Your personnel quickly came on up with an alternative solution.

What can be done to improve the rental experience is, coordination between the on line rental process and the actual rental store. I reserved a trailer online, then when I went to pick it up it wasn't available. Therefore I had to rent a larger size trailer than what I wanted or needed, which meant an extra cost to me but I had no choice due to my pertinent situation

The vehicle was the right size for moving my son out of his dormitory room. The staff was courteous and professional and I would recommend U-Haul and this location to all my friends.
