Pick up process was a disaster, the person that was checking me in for my pickup tried at least 7 times to check me in. I was there for over an hour before they got someone else on the phone to help them. Very disappointed

We were well received and treated courteously. From arriving to paperwork to loading equipment to leaving took less than 15 minutes. Drop off was equally as quick and efficient. Thanks so much to everyone that helped.
Steven CThis location has poor cellular signal, so the check-in process did not work. I completed the entire process, then the site just “clocked” for 30 minutes and the process never completed. I had to drive back to the site after checking the reservation at home. Also, could not get through to the site on the phone. U-Haul customer service was having some technical difficulties and the wait was ~45 minutes. First time having such a hard time returning equipment
