horrible experience. Very sketchy place. no one there to willing able help me hook up or check lights and brakes. no one to help me put trailer on vehicle, i actually hurt myself trying by myself and they finally helped me. just 2 ladies and about 8 kids in some sketchy office running on a generator. i left there and went to the big uhaul place on blandonmg and the 2 biys there helped me chdeck it all out and make sure it was road worthy. the boys were great to deal with

The business hours state they would be open at 9am. The owner called me after I left a voicemail at 9:20 stating "she received no notification that there was someone that had rented a truck. She would be there shortly, she lives right down the road she just has to get her kids up". We did not leave the location until after 45 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Standing out in the heat was not enjoyable and quite unacceptable. I would not rent from this location ever again.

Jonathan HLocation is an abandoned office park. There are no people at this location. B&B labs does not have an office here. There’s a building with a sign on it that has been gutted. It’s a poor pick up and drop off location. No way to figure out how to get the truck, it took me 30 minutes just to figure out where the keys were located. Would not recommend this location to anybody for any reason.
