I chose mobile pickup to avoid people. The lady kept the key in the drop box and wouldn't open it until she spoke with someone from uhaul. I understand she has her own concerns but this delayed me 20 minutes directly and amother 15 indirectly, as I had to call uhaul to restart the pickup process as the app glitched during the 20 minutes waiting for the key.

The staff inside the store were great. However, this is just a pickup and drop off location so they really did not play a role in the transaction. On the website, I would make a special note of this. When I went to pick up the truck, the keys were not in the right location and I had no code for any of the lock boxes. The on-line help person could not do anything either. I went about 30 minutes on the phone with no resolution until the inside attendant remember overhearing a code that was used several months back. Thankfully it still worked and I was able to get access to the keys.

Gregory HThis was a mobile pickup only site. It's convenient, but uhaul didn't inform me that it was mobile only. When I went inside, the lady told me they don't do inside pickup. This location was a gas station.
