This was a mobile pickup only site. It's convenient, but uhaul didn't inform me that it was mobile only. When I went inside, the lady told me they don't do inside pickup. This location was a gas station.

Personnel did not know how to handle drop off.
ROGER AU-Haul had this as the "closest" drop off which was approximately 20 miles away from my destination. I passed at least 2 other locations that were closer and had the room, but were not suggested as eligible drop locations.
